It seemed that everything that could go wrong did with the people who were buying my parents house. Cami handled all of it with total professionalism! I believe we had a particularly trying escrow period with buyers that were not only demanding but fell short in delivering their paperwork, financing arrangements and inspections in a timely fashion. As the seller, I watched closing dates come and go and I worried about losing movers deposits because of those missed dates. My wife and I were at elevated stress levels. Though we had come such a long way, we were ready to pull the plug on these buyers. Then as always during this process there was Cami. She was as upset with the buyers as we were but having the facts straight about the viability of the buyers and the confidence to depend on fact and not emotion, guided us through to a successful closing. She was constantly involved with the buyer's agent and the buyers lender and so provided up to date information. It was her professionalism and confidence that allowed a conclusion to this sale. And by the way, she also kept the seller and agent of our soon to be new home in the loop so that sale would move forward at the same time. Cami Reed was exceptional and earned this 5-star rating. I was so fortunate to have her as my realtor. I live out of state and did not know the neighborhoods. But I did know that one street could be the difference between a good neighborhood and a questionable one. She knew the area and quickly found exactly what I was looking for in a quiet neighborhood, in the center of everything. But that was just the beginning. Cami was there to make sure all of the details of the purchase were completed and the sell went through ahead of schedule. She fought for me in negotiations and she pushed the other realtor to ensure the seller made all of the negotiated repairs. Cami is close friends with my little sister and she took on the project of selling the family home we all grew up in.
